- 1 1/2 lbs cooked shredded chicken breast
- 1 T taco seasoning
- 2 c shredded mozzarella cheese
- 12 corn tortillas
- Mix shredded chicken with taco seasoning and mozzarella cheese.
- Roll up in corn tortillas. Close with toothpicks.
- Fry.
- Serve with sour cream, lettuce, salsa/pico de Gallo, guacamole.
