Kousa / Fried Zucchini w/Lemon and Garlic

2 zucchini (about 1 lb)
1/4 cup olive oil
salt
3 T lemon juice
1 clove garlic, crushed

slice zucchini into thin rounds (1/4 inch). heat oil, in batches cook zucchini 2 to 3 minutes per side, until golden brown. transfer to plate, lightly season with salt.
combine lemon juice and garlic, and pour over zucchini.
