Spaghetti Carbonara

  • 1 lb spaghetti
  • 8 oz bacon
  • 4 eggs
  • 5 T cream
  • 2 T parmesan
  • salt and pepper
  1. Chop bacon.
  2. Fry bacon.
  3. Boil salted water and cook pasta.
  4. Drain pasta and return it to pan.
  5. Beat eggs, cream, salt and pepper.
  6. Add egg mixture, bacon, and 1 T parmesan to the pasta.
  7. Sprinkle with 1 T parmesan.
