- 1 lb spaghetti
- 8 oz bacon
- 4 eggs
- 5 T cream
- 2 T parmesan
- salt and pepper
- Chop bacon.
- Fry bacon.
- Boil salted water and cook pasta.
- Drain pasta and return it to pan.
- Beat eggs, cream, salt and pepper.
- Add egg mixture, bacon, and 1 T parmesan to the pasta.
- Sprinkle with 1 T parmesan.
