Fettucini Alfredo

  • 1/4 c butter
  • 1 c cream
  • 2/3 c grated parmesan
  • 12 oz (fresh) fettucini
  • salt and pepper
  1. Melt the butter in a large pan.
  2. Add the cream and bring to a boil.
  3. Simmer 5 minutes.
  4. Add parmesan, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat.
  5. Boil a big pan of salted water and cook fettucini.
  6. Drain fettuccini and add to cream sauce.
  7. Heat through, add salt and pepper, and serve with extra parmesan.
