- 1/4 c butter
- 1 c cream
- 2/3 c grated parmesan
- 12 oz (fresh) fettucini
- salt and pepper
- Melt the butter in a large pan.
- Add the cream and bring to a boil.
- Simmer 5 minutes.
- Add parmesan, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat.
- Boil a big pan of salted water and cook fettucini.
- Drain fettuccini and add to cream sauce.
- Heat through, add salt and pepper, and serve with extra parmesan.
