Cold Sesame Noodles

  • 1/2 lb angel hair pasta
  • 1 T sesame oil

Dressing:

  • 1/2 c chunky peanut butter
  • 1/2 c chicken stock
  • 3 T soy sauce
  • 2 T sesame oil
  • 1 T Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 T sugar
  • 1/2 t pepper

Topping:

  • 1/4 c green onion
  • 1/4 c peanuts
  • 2 T sesame seeds
  1. Boil salted water and cook pasta.
  2. Drain pasta and mix with 1 T sesame oil. Refrigerate 1 hour or more.
  3. Shake sauce ingredients in jar. Refrigerate.
  4. Chop green onion. Use 1/4 c. Refrigerate.
  5. Chop peanuts.
  6. Toast sesame seeds.
  7. Pour sauce over noodles. Add toppings.
