- 1/2 lb angel hair pasta
- 1 T sesame oil
Dressing:
- 1/2 c chunky peanut butter
- 1/2 c chicken stock
- 3 T soy sauce
- 2 T sesame oil
- 1 T Worcestershire sauce
- 1 T sugar
- 1/2 t pepper
Topping:
- 1/4 c green onion
- 1/4 c peanuts
- 2 T sesame seeds
- Boil salted water and cook pasta.
- Drain pasta and mix with 1 T sesame oil. Refrigerate 1 hour or more.
- Shake sauce ingredients in jar. Refrigerate.
- Chop green onion. Use 1/4 c. Refrigerate.
- Chop peanuts.
- Toast sesame seeds.
- Pour sauce over noodles. Add toppings.
