- 1 9″ deep-dish piecrust
- 6 eggs
- 2 c grated Swiss or cheddar or other cheese
- 2 c cream, half and half, milk, or a combination
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/4 t pepper
- Preheat oven to 425. Prebake crust 8-10 minutes. Cool on rack.
- Reduce oven to 325.
- Beat other ingredients together.
- Put piecrust on baking sheet and pour in the egg mixture.
- Bake till a little bit jiggly in middle = 30-40 minutes.
- Cool on rack.
*Chop up to 2 c broccoli into small florets and boil for 1-2 minutes.
