Corn Tortillas

combine 2 c masa harina
1 1/2 c hot water
1/2 tsp salt

knead for 1 to 2 minutes = springy dough. pinch off a few tablespoons and roll into ball. use rolling pin to make it 6 inch wide 1/8-in thick circle. cook in batches over medium-high heat 1 to 2 min each side, till golden.
